"They told us to arrive early for 'priority access'. Priority over who, I wonder? The staff seemed bored and there were hardly any other customers when we arrived. We left a busy bar in town for an empty dance floor with no atmosphere at all."

We visited this restaurant as part of our bachelorette weekend. We paid for a private area which turned out to be a small room off the main entrance, away from the lively atmosphere and main bars. The Vodka included in the package was the cheap Russian Standard brand, while we could have gotten more premium drinks for the same price elsewhere. We were told to arrive before midnight, but this turned out to be terrible advice as the place lacked any atmosphere when we got there. Sadly, we ended up leaving before 1am, which is unusual for my friends and I, because the atmosphere never really improved. It's disappointing when you're not familiar with a town and end up choosing the wrong venue, especially for a special occasion like a bachelorette party. I would not recommend this place.

This restaurant is probably the worst place for a night out that you could visit. The door staff are rude, the service is slow, and the staff seem inexperienced. The owner or manager is arrogant and treats people poorly. Always make sure to get a receipt because the bar staff may add extra charges. The toilets are in terrible condition and overpriced drinks contribute to the lack of customers. The owner's lack of knowledge is evident, as his other two bars have recently closed. It is best to avoid this place.

We went as part of a hen party, paying a lot of money in advance to secure a private area. On arrival the club was empty, there was no atmosphere and ‘area’ we had resevered was tiny and totally unfit for purpose. We were unable to all sit or stand in the area and our pre paid drinks were not made available. When we tried to talk to the staff they were rude, verbally aggressive and condescending. The management could not have been more unpleasant and the whole experience put a real bitter taste on our night. Would strongly advise not to go here and DEFINITELY do not pay any money in advance.

We always bumped into the promotion team in town so we finally decided to actually go. I've never seen a night club so empty. There were maybe around 10 or so people inside when we arrived. Furthermore, there was no soap or toilet paper in the loos, staff were rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. The manager was extremely unhelpful and uninterested in what we had to say. A very, very grumpy old man. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting again.
