The only highlight was my $13 drink, but when I inquired about drink specials, I was told there were none. Yet, the table next to us asked the same question and received two $5 Christmas drinks. It seemed like the servers were picking and choosing who to serve properly. I asked to speak with a manager and ended up waiting 25 minutes, but eventually gave up and left. Overall, we spent over $80 for two adults and one child and received terrible service. We will not be returning!

We might order from here again in the coming weeks. My family loves their appetizers, so we usually end up ordering a bunch and sharing. Last night, we encountered a small issue, but the manager, Geno, was quick to resolve it. He was very friendly and handled everything professionally, even though I may have unintentionally taken out my frustrations from the day on him due to a genuine mistake—I apologize for that. They have a wonderful staff, and we will definitely continue to order from this place.

I would never go back! We were almost out of everything, and we couldn't even finish our meals due to the overwhelming sodium taste. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, but instead of having a joyful occasion, it turned into a very disappointing experience. The server offered us a stale brownie for free after we only ordered one $5 drink, which was quite underwhelming. I was really frustrated that our meals were either comped or only lightly discounted. We spent $82 and had a terrible experience overall.

I was seated and waited about an average amount of time before my food came out. When I took a bite of my boneless wings they were not hot at all as was my fries. The manager came out and repeatedly said that he was surprised and he would have them make my food fresh. It came out no more than five minutes later and I could immediately tell that they didn’t make fresh wings but instead poured more Buffalo sauce on them that was hot because the chicken itself was exactly the same and once again the manager stated how he’s surprised. SMH! I had an appetite so if they would’ve been hot I wouldn’t have called him back over. I decided to refuse the food and leave. Only reason I give two stars is because the server was very pleasant so I still gave her a 25% tip off eBay the bill would’ve been.
