The room was great, but unfortunately, the staff didn't honor my reservation, leaving me waiting outside for hours. Earlier, the previous shift assured me that everything was fine and there was no need to worry. As someone who has seizures, the heat made it difficult for me and increased my risk of convulsions. Overall, I would rate the rooms 5/5.

The hotel receptionist was very nasty. Wouldn’t even bother to look up my name. Poor service. Do not book here. Heard mixed reviews so I gave it a chance but I clearly see that this isn’t a good hotel to sleep at

I was HORRORIFED at the conditions at your hotel. First room (224) I couldn’t stay in due to the reek of weed and smoke. Literally walk into the room and right back out. Desk staff was accommodating with room switch and next room (230) while it did not smell Of smoke, was unclean. Pubic hairs on shower head and in tub, handprints all over the bathroom walls- maybe makeup maybe something else- candy wrappers on the nightstand shelf, mouse traps in plain sight. I wanted to sleep in my car- with my family or leave! I am still grossed out thinking about it. Absolutely deplorable and Day Inn you should be embarrassed. I guess I should have know when I entered the lobby and saw think plexiglass over the checkin counter and hand written “sold out” and “you need to leave a $100 dollar deposit “ notes.

Be prepared for a surprise $100 Security Deposit due at CHECK IN. Payable in cash or credit card. If you refuse to pay security deposit your reservation is cancelled. It takes 3 to 5 days to get refunded security deposit on credit card. The hotel front desk clerk is in a glass security booth (like at a gas station) I am shocked to see this at a Wyndham hotel

If the deposit is not made on a credit card (will be refunded if no damage in 3 to 5 days) or with cash your reservation will be cancelled. This sums the hotel up. I am very surprised Wyndham would allow this at one of their hotels.
