It would be very beneficial if they had a designated shelf for customers to easily pick up their pre-ordered and prepaid items. It’s quite frustrating to stand in a long line of regular customers just to grab a small bag of bagels, which often makes the preordering process seem pointless.

Im very disappointed with Manhattan Bagel. On several occasions i had ordered several different breakfast sandwiches and had been very disappointed with all except for the avocado egg white. An example is your breakfast cheese steak your advertisement shows a long roll paked with eggs, meat, peppers and onion. What i received was a small roll that you had to open to see a couple drops of egg and shavings of meat. The price you charge is insane for the little bit of product that you receive.like i said all your breakfast sandwiches were disappointing except for one.
