Sonic Drive-in - Cherry Valley

The location is closed, and it seems that everyone's kiosk has disappeared without any signs. There’s nothing available—no shaking drinks or hot dogs.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My husband had never eaten at this location before, so we decided to stop in while we were in Rockford. Unfortunately, the burgers we received were cold and looked like they had been left over from the previous night. There were no napkins provided, and when I asked for a refund, the supposed manager, who went by the name Zitat, became irate when I opened the window to inquire about my cold food. Their customer service skills were appalling. I won’t be returning, and I've even reached out to Sonic's corporate office about this incident, as we had a camera in our car that recorded their behavior toward us. Never again.

The service was quite unprofessional. There was an elderly woman, around 78 years old, who appeared to be struggling with her back and was bending over. Additionally, there were cigarette butts scattered around, which didn't create a pleasant atmosphere.

They were closed a few weeks ago at 16:30. Apparently they are only open when they feel that way.

1st time here in quite a long time. The general appearance outside is not good. Gates to their dumpsters left open and the area inside there was disgusting. The parking lot/drive thru was stained terribly. You know it had to be bad to even be noticed. The green area around the facility was not maintained. Weeds and trash every where. The pick up window was so dirty with grease smudges and dirt that I could not see inside. I seen most of this after I picked up my food order. I then just left my food in the bag and went elsewhere for lunch.Now as I read thru the other reviews, my review seems very consistent with several others. That said, the management/owner are obviously not listening and only making excuses.I will not be back and if I see that they close the doors there, I will understand and not be disappointed.And based on the automated reply to all the negative reviews, my guess is that they have no plans to make any changes/ improvements to the facility.
