Gold Pan Cafe And Restaurant

We tried to have lunch but the kitchen was closed when we stopped by. Instead, we had some coffee and talked to the new owner of the restaurant. They mentioned that the restaurant and beer fridge will be open for the 2019 season. If you happen to be passing by, be sure to check it out.

A super little restaurant on the property of Goldpanner's resort and campground. Very accommodating and super friendly staff. A great treat when you don't want to cook for yourself in your campsite.

This is either the last stop before driving through forests and a winding road from Kelowna to Nakusp or the first stop for weary travelers coming down the hundred curves...In any event, this small place is an excellent stop to fuel up on coffee or a meal. The food choices are limited but very adequate. The food is house-made, and the service is friendly. It looks like a humble from the outside, but it is very accommodating and has a nice deck for outside dining as well. We stopped for a super-late lunch at 3 pm, and everybody was pleased with the food and its quality. The salads were fresh and tasty, and the house-made pea and ham soup was a large portion. It is right on the highway, and it can be recommended to any traveler seeking a quick bite to eat!

We stopped on our way home for coffee, you werent open but served us the coffee you had left...Very Thankful!

Stopped here on way home from Nakusp. Didn't stop for a meal but more a pit stop. We had fries, pie and a drink. Very good. Service was also very good. The decor and the building itself would fit in at any ski resort. A very cool looking building.
