Mcdonald's - Chesapeake

I'm a Uber eaten driver and when I went to the store, no one entered the register and stood there for 10 minutes until someone came. The customer before me was ignored and wanted a refund. Then I decided to look at the bags and fit the order number so I look like I have my order. After 20 minutes I gave nothing but drinks. No one was available to check everything and looked bad at me. I called the shopkeeper and she denied that I waited for a long time and told her that she didn't wear 4 people on the back of the face mask until I could say about her chin. This store must receive a better customer service and follow the CDC rules or shutdown. So rude!

They are always a little bit slow but usually the orders are correct. Once in a blue moon they mess up tho and it's a cascading effect.

I ordered a Large Big Mac meal with a coke and I was given the wrong size drink and fries. When I asked for the correct size I was given the right size drink but it was a sweet tea. The fries were not corrected because they claimed the order was put in as a medium but the receipt clearly said large. The attitude of the staff member was atrocious, even saying that she didn't have time for this then she walked away. I will not be going back to this establishment to say the least.

I waited about 15 minutes for my order, there was 1 person ahead of me, after I used the restroom, there were about 20 people that came in and all was out before me. And on top of that my fish sandwich only had 1/3 of the cheese on it. Didn't have time to complain was running late getting back to work. SMH?

Gave 1 star , They don't have a zero. ate there quite often. Got 2 fish for 5 deal,,buns were hard enough to hurt someone. Called them, Said I have to bring back the food . told them I couldn't return today to do that. Didn't matter to them Would have to store the food till I could return . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST BAD FOOD I HAVE GOT FROM THERE BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE
