Írjon visszajelzéstUsed to love this place… but can’t do it anymore. I just ate the most overcooked driest wings I’ve ever had in my life. I only ate them because I paid for them. Three thumbs down on wings.Pizza was ok —but short of what made it special a few short years ago… pretty sad…
Usually don’t leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. The owner of the restaurant does not care about his customers he just wants their money. I ordered delivery here two nights ago and received my delivery 1.5 hours after it was placed. Didn’t mind the wait but was disappointed when we opened up the pizza box and it was completely cold and stale. The cheese fries were also cold and the cheese was so hardened even microwaving didn’t help. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked to the point that it was just hollow breading, no cheese in the middle. By the time the delivery arrived the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t call to get a replacement. I called the next morning as soon as they opened to get a refund or the order remade. The owner refused a refund and only offered to remake the mozzarella sticks. He was very rude over the phone, kept talking over me, told me I was lying and that I should’ve called when the delivery arrived even after I explained the restaurant was closed at that point. He eventually told me he was unable to give me the refund but I can speak with the district manager the next day as he comes in at 3. I called at 3 only to find out he lied and there is no district manager, the establishment is privately owned. He then lied again and told me refunds go through the delivery company that delivered the pizza only for me to call them and find out the owner refused the refund and the delivery company couldn’t do anything about it. I understand mistakes happen, but when the owner refuses to fix the mistake his restaurant made, that’s when I have an issue. Now I’m down over $50 for food that we didn’t even eat and I feel completely disrespected as a customer. This establishment does not care about their customers and will not take responsibility for messed up orders. Will never order from this location again.
The service was exceptional. Super friendly staff from the cashier to the cook. Really great people. The atmosphere of the restaurant is more of a take out place than a dine in facility. The food was pretty good. 3 out of 4 people eating it that night were pleased, but the 4th person thought it was too expensive for just okay pizza. One diner loved his Philly cheese steak sub and onion rings. Another loved his spicy wings and pepperoni pizza. Another enjoyed their fried ravioli.
I don’t even know where to start. They can’t get orders right. They completely missed an item and I had to wait while my food got cold. I had to tell them to make sure I got hot fries. Came home and my sandwich was wrong. Shame on me for not checking before I left. Went back to get it fixed. I gave them my whole meal expecting them to give me my sandwich and fries back. Nope they gave me just the sandwich which they made me pay for olives. I check the sandwich and it’s wrong again. By this time I no longer wanted to deal with this so I asked for a refund. The owner tells me to go online and to get out. I wasn’t the problem. Their customers service was. I eat out a lot and I was excited to try Sal’s for the first time thinking I found a cool new pizza and sandwich place and now the only way I would go back is if they apologized. If they had taken care of it they would have also gotten a nice tip. Unfortunately here I am giving them one star
Was hoping the other sal 's restaurant reviews for all of the areas were a bit exaggerated but seriously$2.00 for 20 pepperoni horribly spread across the pizza is pathetic when Food lion is selling a full 6oz for 2.48?!? Its
