Starbucks - Cheshire West and Chester

Very convenient coffee stop. Staff friendly and efficient. Plenty of comfy seating. Coffees very good.

People who are working at this place are not happy! Starbucks used to have trend to write names on your orders, as one of the unique brand kick . People who are working there UNHAPPY, not willing fo do their job. Never smile, never greet customers. Just UNHAPPY SLAVES, who is counting minutes to go back home. This Starbucks just ruined name, brand and will never have good visitors, maybe drive-through of desperate people, but never return customers. SCARY PLACE! AVOID at ANY COST!

I visit this Starbucks a couple of times a week. Great team headed up by Rachael. Always get a warm welcome and prompt service. If you don’t want to pay £8 for a coffee and a toasty you can always get a coffee from the machine next door and a pasty from the fridge!

I was shocked to see a little Jack Russell in here today but have been told by this branch that they are infact dog friendly welcome all dogs in with their owners! I am not happy with this do not think it is ok to have dogs in places where food is prepared people eat. It is also very disrespectful towards customers who may have a phobia of dogs or children that feel uncomfortable around them. I do not know what an international chain are thinking allowing indervidual franchises to be able to allow all dogs into their coffee shops if they wish! It should be all or non. I will not be going to this Starbucks again.

Exceptional service on a daily basis, frewuent visitor, I am allergic to caffeine and my drink is ready for me as I arrive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in stating this is my favourite Starbucks. So many other branches fall short of the standard set here. Compared to other coffee outlets Starbucks coffee actually tastes like what it should, even decaffinated. I don’t mind paying a higher price if the quality shows.
