We had a fantastic 2 overnight staff were very friendly accomodating room was very clean the breakfast evening meal were of very high standard, the service was 1. class it is brilliant for the city center cancellation foot, we would definitely stay here again. .x

Great place to stay!! Convenient to centre, all staff helpful and friendly especially the night porters and night receptionist. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds amazingly comfortable. Thank you

I just want to say a massive thank you to her team in the chester city road hotel. the customer service that was given during our stay was amazing and the personal has welcomed us all and nothing would be too much annoyed! when we asked in the beautiful dame at the reception to check if we stayed for anyone I told her it was our jubilee, she later came into our room with chocolate and wein. that was a very nice note. I have not experienced this in any of their hotels before, although I have always received a great service. this has simply added us a little more customer support and made it very personal. So I wanted to thank you again and if they could share my thanks to the team.
