Carmine's Parkside Pizza

Carmine's in Chester Springs is a hidden gem! We had an amazing experience with their delicious buffalo chicken pizza, cheesesteak (with, fried onions and mushrooms), perfectly crispy fries, and a fresh, vibrant salad with the fetta on the side. The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The entire establishment was sparkling clean and well-maintained, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that made our visit truly special. Whether you're stopping by after a day at Marsh Creek Park or looking for a great meal with family and friends, Carmine's is the place to go. The ambiance is perfect for any occasion, even a cozy date night. Highly recommend!

Ordered a “large” cheesesteak Stromboli and for $25 it looked like a small from other facilities!! Steak was grisly, dough so thin had to be eaten with fork and knife! Red sauce for dipping was very good. Wish I could get a consistent product from this place but on a Monday when the other spots are closed in the Eagleview/Chester Springs it the closest one! I’ll continue to go with Rocco’s…far better IMO

If you like pizza and live in the Chester Springs area, or you 're just passing thru, this is the place to get your fix of a slice, or a pie or any other of their delicious offerings. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. The dining area is casual, read as not pretentious, full menu to choose from to entertain your tastebuds. The staff is friendly, and the service quick. If I am in the araea this is my go to for good eatin . If you don 't know, you better ask somebody, or just trust this review. :

My family has been loyal Carmines and Lix customers for a lot of years. I am never one to write a negative review unless I feel others may be as disappointed. Having worked a lot in my youth in a variety of food service industries, and considered a career in a food business, I always try to look at both the business and customer side of the story. Businesses need to turn a profit, but success lies in demand and enjoyment of the customer. Have been to Lix twice this season, and my family has been disappointed. Have to say, the soft serve ice cream cones have shrunken, and seem to come out the same kiddie size no matter what size you order; on both experiences, the ice cream top was mushy, and falling over the side of the cone.. maybe the machine not cold enough? Not sure, but the cost super exceeds the value and satisfaction. Usually the smaller ice cream shops beat out the big chains in value and satisfaction, but not the case here. Dairy Queen is cheaper, better quality and definitely gives you more ice cream. A few years back, we ordered pizza and it was so mostly burned. When we tried to get a replacement, the manager was surprised we didn 't eat it like that, eluded to the fact that it 's because we ordered it with vegetables on it. While we have fond memories of visits when our kids were younger, and that it is nice to sit and eat out at the picnic tables, sadly our views have changed, and probably won 't go back.

When they charged me 20% more for a cheesesteak price reflected on the menu, they declared they were allowed to change the price whenever they want. Really???? Maybe that would be helpful before I order. Also said it was more money due to fried onions which specifically states on the menu NO CHARGE. I felt scammed for sure beware, check your prices!!! Highly disappointed in the attitude of the employees kept repeating the we can change the price whenever we want . Well, I can purchase cheesesteaks from anywhere and it will not be from you.
