Hello, Jennifer! First, I.... Hello, Jennifer! First, I'd like to tell you that I appreciate your criticism. Without you, customer satisfaction wouldn't exist. Your criticism is now reason for the NEW way this restaurant now conducts business. I would like to apologize to you and your son for your unfortunate experience. However, I would encourage you to try us out once more. Reason being, as of January 15, 2012, this restaurant of ours has gone through a roller coaster of change. My brother and I have since taken full ownership. We have improved the quality of food, and are working closely with our hard working staff and dedicated guests to improve the quality of customer service on a daily basis. If your next visit isn't a tremendously better one, I will personally take full responsibility for your bill. We have yet to renovate the restaurant and are working diligently to acquire the finances and organize a team capable of reconstructing this restaurant with the amenities and eye candy that it deserves. We hope that in the near future we can revive this GREAT restaurant of ours to what it once was (a focal point of the Chesterfield community that allowed those near and far to enjoy good food, exceptional service, and great conversation as we are all friends and family here). Wow! This place is a Gem. The food is amazing the portions are generous and the prices are low. We feed our family of four at fastfood restaurants for around $25.00 We can get restaurant quality for $33.00 with a 20% tip. All kids meals are under $5.00. With this Diner so close and affordable I don't think we'll ever go back to fastfood. And the best part, we're supporting a family owned business. Thank you for the delicious food and great service.
