Everything on the Southwest Chicken Sandwich Panini was delicious. However, there were some downsides: it took an hour and 15 minutes to receive our order of a sandwich and a salad. The California Chicken Salad was described as having grapes, but there were none. The salad was not great overall—the chicken was partially frozen, and the lettuce was in poor condition. I also ordered two Vitamin Waters, but one of them was sugar-free. Additionally, there was no roast beef available when I wanted to order the Roast Beef and Cheddar Panini.

Food allergies? Forget about it. I’m not sure if this café is under new management, but the customer service has significantly declined. Aside from salads, there were no gluten-free options available. For individuals with gluten allergies, this is a common issue when restaurants fail to provide suitable alternatives. When I inquired about the absence of gluten-free bread, my question was barely acknowledged. Eventually, I was informed that the manager had removed the bread option due to demand, but the restaurant never listed it on the menu in the first place. Unless someone specifically asks about alternatives, they wouldn’t even know gluten-free options existed. I’ll be moving on to a better restaurant.

This is a lovely little coffee and sandwich shop situated within Brigham and Women's in Chestnut Hill. The staff were very accommodating to me as a paraplegic in a power wheelchair.

The food was fantastic, and the hospitality was genuinely warm. I will definitely return to this café and highly recommend it to others. Be sure to try the Turkey Pesto Panini—it's absolutely incredible!
