Tavira - Chevy Chase

About a week ago, we hosted a large party at Tavira Restaurant, and I can't express how impressed I am with their service. The food was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. My guest count kept changing, but they handled it all seamlessly, adjusting to our latest numbers without any issues. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable. This event meant a lot to me, and the Tavira team did an outstanding job. I am truly grateful and will definitely consider this restaurant my go-to spot for dinners and takeout in the future. They are fantastic!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic three-course lunch for just $17, and it was absolutely amazing! The fish and dessert were the best I've ever tasted. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. Highly recommended for a lunch meal in the $10–20 price range!

Excellent Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine. The location can be a bit tricky to find, but it becomes easy once you familiarize yourself with it. Though it's a small restaurant, the menu boasts a wide array of flavorful dishes. If you're in the mood for Portuguese food, you’ll find plenty of options here.
