Our flight has been delayed with one hour, and since after security at the airport there is no decent meal option, but get snacks (if McDonald's could be called a decent meal option also negotiateable) we have decided to get back from the safe airport zone via the staff entrance that is allowed. McDonald's and Burger King are just ahead. The ordering system via a screen is beautiful so that you can look at your own convenience and speed and in English. However, prices are very high. Even higher than Western prices at McDonalds. Fries and burgers tasted good. There is free ketchup and spicy sauce and a place where you can wash your hands. But there are no napkins. Free WiFi is also available. Note that there is a flight status monitor just the right thing about McDonalds, which will tell the truth. The airport's website and AirAsia's website have always reported our flight in time, while the airport monitor said it was an hour late. We've got a little bit out of what you say to the truth. It turned out that it was the airport monitor and not both websites.
Eating is fine, nothing spectacular. The pig samurai Burger seemed to have become some generic change only the Patty and it can be sold as another burger. Service was fast and polite.
Being on time is SO IMPORTANT in the airport. We got here around 7:05 am. Asked the employees when they’d open and they said 7:30. Okay fine we could wait (but keep in mind we have a flight to catch, not just casually hanging out here in the airport you know? We’ve waited and now it’s 7:40 am and they’re still not open. So disappointing. Why waste your customers’ time?
Tables are not cleared and cleaned. Floor with food debris, wonder where is the hygiene? Do not understand why the menu is considered a set meal when you need to select individual items with individual prices, so confusing??
