Brown's Chicken - Chicago Heights

Was a bit skeptical to try their shrimps because I never heard of Browns with good shrimps, but now I get an order of it at least 2 times a week. They are big and cheap, best tasting shrimp I ever had, getting my with light lemon pepper, will not be disappointed

I love this chicken. The food is always made fresh and is ready fast. They always have good deals going on and realy helps when your on a budget. The food or price never disappoints.

Poor customer service, and restaurant looks like 1983 not in a good way

Undercooked fries and the crustiest most disgusting excuse of a Chicago dog I have ever attempted to eat. Don't have the nerve to put that you sell dogs on your sign and serve that trash

The building is run down! Ceiling tiles are almost falling down! Food staging area looks like it is second hand from another business! The welcome to Browns Chicken was an 8x8 dry erase board! It seems as if this business is just waiting to get closed down! I don't think the state gave them any money from the covid relief program or they just didn't use it to upgrade anything!
