El Burrito Loco - Chicago Heights

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and when it arrived, the fries were overcooked, old, and greasy. It's hard to believe that anyone would think it's acceptable to serve such burnt and oily fries. However, I am giving this place a 4-star review because the steak tacos and spicy green salsa were delicious.

They are never disappointed. It's better to go in and eat rather than getting takeout, as the portions may be smaller for delivery. The food is still good, but the experience is better in the restaurant.
