The Carmelcorn Shop - Chicago Heights

Delicious, cheesy popcorn at an excellent price! They really don't skimp on the portions either—it's completely full! I absolutely love it!

I stumbled upon a bag of popcorn at a gas station on the south side. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but after just a few bites, I was hooked! It was incredibly fresh and had the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. The kernels were buttery and nicely coated. While I usually prefer Garret's popcorn, I think I'll be purchasing more from this place. I would even go out of my way for a fresh batch from the store!

Kevin and his team are quick and courteous. The food is excellent, and the ORIGINAL KARMELKORN SHOP is a permanent part of Enzo's. The building is currently open despite some renovations taking place inside.

I love this place! It smells wonderful every time I walk in. Great staff as well.

My family has been there since the early 1960s.
