Burger King - Chicago Ridge

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I work in the mall and stopped by for a quick meal. The line to order wasn’t even long, but the wait for my food took forever. I only ordered fries, and I've been waiting for over 20 minutes. This place either needs new staff or should just be closed down. Definitely not worth the effort!

I worked at this restaurant for five days, ensuring everything was clean, the food was fresh, and sales were good. However, a poorly performing employee quit only to return and take my hours. When I started, I noticed an alarming number of fruit flies and ants all over the food. One employee, Jasper, does not wear gloves or wash his hands and is often seen snorting and picking his nose around the mall. Another staff member, Joanne, has a habit of picking up items from the floor and serving them to customers, whether it's a piece of bread, a nugget, or a patty that she has dropped. Having worked part-time here after four years at Burger King, I was shocked by the lack of food safety practices. This experience has been disheartening, and I have to say that the standards at this Burger King, especially at Hickory Hills, have severely declined. I’d rate it zero stars.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when the staff closed up 30 minutes early and showed no regard for their customers. I usually enjoy this place, but the employees really need some improvement. If I could, I would let all of them go!

No one even here to take our order. Been standing here for 5 minutes not one single worker comes out. Ridiculous and pathetic.

Very rude employees, always closes 2 hours early for no reason. Honestly at this point shut this place down. Seeing all the review of this BK it looks like you can catch food poisoning.
