Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

I had dinner here, and Chipotle is just not what it used to be. The food lacked flavor, and everything seemed overcooked and dried out. The guacamole was simply mashed avocado with no seasoning. The rice was decent, but the chips were a huge disappointment—no lime flavor and they were stale. The dining area was chaotic, with trash cans overflowing. It looked like people had left their garbage on the tables. I won’t be coming back.

I really enjoy Chipotle! The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. Plus, there are usually no long lines!

We consistently face issues with this Chipotle location. Recently, about 80% of our orders have been incorrect. While things improved for a while, our latest order was wrong yet again. We spoke with the regional manager and even emailed the CEO, but it feels like nobody really cares.

Absolutely terrible customer service, no line and they are still unconsidered. I told the worker I would like to be extra cheese and she closed the bowl, I repeated and they began to ring the order. then she can put on the side no ma’am I would like it as it is made. would never come to this place again.

Staff is massively rude. I stopped by on Sunday July 24th between 18 and 19 hrs, and they behaved horribly. Their customer service sucks!!! The guys who prepare the order for you don't even care to explain or help you to know what you can add to your order, particularly the first guy who took my order (he was a Black guy) didn't even give me what I asked for (I said I wanted a burrito, he gave me a bowl). I didn't make a big deal out of it, because I didn't think it was worth arguing with them, but they should pay more attention and give the customers what they ask for. The second guy was at least a little bit more patient.The girl who was at the cashier was also very rude. I asked her if they accepted American Express, said yes, and then made fun of me, and became kinda desperate because it got declined.The staff in this particular spot is horrible, the food is average (this is just me, speaking as a half Mexican who was expecting better) and the price is a little bit too high for what they offer you. I was really curious about this restaurant, having heard lots of things about it, mostly good ones, but definitely won't be coming back :
