Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

Extremely unreliable in terms of food quality. sometimes the burritos are overcrowded with everything else, except the protein or there is hardly anything in them at all. this location is one of the worst in the city of chicago. Pickup orders are always 10-15 minutes late, and most days of rice is almost never boiled throughout. if they enjoy crispy rice and barely consistency, that is their chipotle!

The elderly lady serving food at this restaurant provides extremely small portions—barely a full spoonful. The rice doesn't even fill the bottom of the bowl properly. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. When I asked her for a better spoon, she just pointed to a salad dressing cup and told me that was all they had.

All right. I order double meat for the second time that it was not there and today I ordered a side of queso and they gave me such a small part, the hispanic woman filled the cup, but held it in her hand until I showed her my job. I didn't order a sweetheart and found a sweetheart in my meal. get a better staff.

Absolutely disgusting. Work station was a complete mess and worker just kept sliding everyone's order over the mess that accumulated. Another worker finally told him to clean the station and the guy proceeds to use a very damp and disgusting looking cloth to half ass clean the mess. He subsequently proceeds to touch everyone's food WITHOUT SWITCHING GLOVES. I pray that I don't get E. coli from this burrito bowl. Will be going to burrito beach next time

So I’m 12 and got hit on here by a worker who was like 30. But the food was really good. We’ll definitely do online order next time. #IHeartOnlineOrder so like eight out of 10
