Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

I will no longer be dining at Chipotle. I ordered five dishes, and they barely had any ingredients in them—all the bowls were half empty. I'm not sure what's going on. Previously, it was more affordable, and the bowls used to be much more generously filled.

We visited this restaurant about five minutes ago, as I am a fan of Chipotle. Unfortunately, the girl who assisted us was extremely disrespectful for no apparent reason. First of all, she assumed that we all wanted the same "three bowls" and began yelling at us. When I noticed they were out of white rice and requested brown rice instead, she went ahead and served white rice anyway. When I tried to clarify my order, she kept interrupting and threw us some strange looks. Additionally, I don't understand why they were closing an hour early. This attitude is unacceptable for customer service. I just wanted to enjoy a bowl, but her rudeness has made me reconsider whether I want to return.

The service was satisfactory. However, the place was chaotic. The trash bins were overflowing, the tables weren't cleaned, and even the food station where they served meals was a mess.

This restaurant is truly disappointing, with poor service and unsatisfactory food. The entire staff leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere is unappealing, from the tables to the staff's appearance. It's clear that changes need to be made, starting with the team. I'm baffled by their attitude when I simply place an order—after all, that's what they're being paid for. Perhaps they should spend less time on their phones and focus more on their customers.

I visited on Sunday around 8:40 PM and ordered a barbacoa burrito to go. Unfortunately, just two and a half hours later, I was feeling very ill and ended up throwing up. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I hope you can improve your food quality.
