Cyrano's Cafe Wine On The River Walk

It's fun to sit on the river's edge with a glass of wine watching boats go by and feeling like you're in Paris.

Cyrano's is quieter than the restaurants to the west and has a more rustic atmosphere. It's delightful to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the boats glide by on the river.

The food was excellent, and the location is unbeatable on a warm summer evening. We dined right by the riverfront, enjoying the view of kayakers and boats drifting by. Meanwhile, joggers, cyclists, and pedestrians passed by on the riverwalk path, creating a fantastic atmosphere for people-watching.

Describing this establishment as just a fancy food truck would actually be an upgrade. Located on the River Walk, the seating consists of tables and chairs that look like they should have been discarded years ago. The garden-like setting is more of a weed-infested area with a view of the river. The welcome sign instructs customers to seat themselves, and the waitstaff even questioned our reservation. The only table by the river was surrounded by a hodgepodge of stacked tables and chairs. I can only imagine what the copywriter’s love life must be like after crafting such an overly romantic description. A more accurate portrayal would be that it's a casual gathering spot with bar service before your boat tour. The best part about this place is clearly the advertising skills of the person who wrote the description. It's disappointing that the only truth in this scenario is its location on the River Walk.
