Good food, good service, didn't see restroom. Not crowded or empty. Seemed a good place. No employees loud happy or arguing. Good place

The worst customer service in the area, that short girl, I think she is of Mexican origin. I asked her to add two pieces of chocolate, but she gave me one piece and when I asked her I wanted two pieces, She started screaming when I asked her what yourproblem was, so a fat white man came out from inside and started cursing as well The worst customer service ever. I wish theperson in charge would review the cameras from ten in the morning until ten 10:15am on this date They need to hire a new team

This is now my favorite Dunkin'. I discovered it during my morning drive, and I haven't been let down yet. The first time I visited, it was empty, but the second time it was bustling with customers! Both times, I experienced excellent customer service. I've noticed that all the employees I've seen are women, which makes me appreciate this place even more—it brings back memories of when I worked at Dunkin'. The service is super quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly. There's one employee who really stands out, along with the shift leader, and you can see how well they work together as a team. Plus, my coffee always tastes fantastic!

Don't expect your coffee to be ready even if you place your order through the app in advance. Additionally, be prepared for the possibility that your order might be incorrect.

Despite its small size, I absolutely love this place. I always find myself coming back. They even remember my usual order, which shows that they truly value their customers.
