Dunkin' - Chicago

Second time I come here and they messed up my order. I ordered the omelet bites and was given bagel bites. And was charged a higher price for the omelet bites.

Either they need to change their headset system or the girl that be taking orders is deaf ! Always an issue with hearing the customers

I ordered avocado toast with bacon and double-checked my order before leaving. The woman at the counter initially told me that it doesn’t come that way, but a colleague chimed in to confirm that it does. She then reluctantly prepared it and handed it back to me, but it seemed like she just tossed everything on. When I took a look, it didn’t match what I was expecting at all. To top it off, I was charged a dollar more than what was listed on the menu. While I don’t mind the extra charge, I do expect my order to resemble what I’ve had many times before.

My chocolate croissant was incredibly hard and inedible.
