This beautiful local brewery offers a variety of spiced spirits. There is plenty of space in the back of the facility for special events. Great vibes!

I am truly delighted with my first experience! I tried the Hela, Prairie Pollinator, Cold Fusion, and Proton, and it was fantastic.

Kaity and the bartenders did a great job with our client party. We hosted a brewery tour with them and our clients(approx 50 ppl) had a great time. The beer was great and service was helpful and laid back. Totally recommend for just hanging out or something more formal. Thanks for a nice Saturday afternoon!

Cool breweries like this one are always a good time. Empirical Brewery has a fun Star Wars or science fiction theme going on. The interior is quite spacious, making it a great spot for parties. They offer a solid selection of beers on tap, with a variety of styles to choose from. The prices for pints are reasonable and in line with other local options. There are tons of breweries along Ravenswood Avenue, and a few are almost right next door, which gives me even more reason to visit and check them all out. My last visit was enjoyable; it was a nice time to relax and enjoy some drinks. The prices are typical for local craft breweries, around $7 a pint, which is fair for quality local beer. We sampled a few pints, including the Hela, a Helles lager with a relatively low ABV. The Neutronium was another good choice. While they don’t serve food, you can get delivery from nearby places like pizza. They also have a patio for those who prefer to sit outside.

Fantastic indoor dog-friendly brewery. Great to chill with friends and your four legged loved ones. Atmosphere is great and I don’t drink but my friends and husband love their beers. Would highly recommend!
