Hooters - Chicago

Lately, the wing quality at this restaurant has been subpar. The wings appeared misshapen and overly breaded, lacking the typical appearance of a normal wing.

The only reason I am giving this place a 3 star is because the food was good... However, the staff is just terrible. I have been to a lot of Hooters locations but have never received such bad service. They made me feel bad because they messed up my order two times by giving me the wrong wings and drink "Drink was for someone else, but you place it in front of me?!?!. "Whoever 's in charge should look into training their staff or hiring a staff that cares about their customers... Thank you for the good food but I don 't think I will come back because of the poor service.

The service was excellent. I find it odd that Hooters is considered a family-friendly restaurant. As an adult, I don't mind the atmosphere, but it seems strange to see children there.

Just dined here and the place is really nice with a nice ambiance, order some wings which were really nice and a burger which was ok. Merly was my waitress and she was really sweet and helpful with a smile on her face.
