Klein's Bakery And Cafe - Chicago

Stopped by here last week. I had an iced carmel latte which was good. I also had the bacon grilled cheese and it was SO good!

As a NYer now Chicagoan, I find this place to have the best bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich in the city. The only way that could be better is if it was put on a kaiser roll, but you can choose any of their bagels or a croissant. Coffee is immaculate. Great quality! Cannot recommend them enough! I try to come in at least once a week. Such a peaceful spot.

Flavors were good, but my sausage was cold on my breakfast croissant sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. The egg was cooked with a solid yolk in the middle and was way too small for the sandwich.Also ordered the golfeados. The flavors were good, but it seemed a little stale. My partner got the ham bagel breakfast sandwich and thought it was solid. He really liked the mocha. The iced chai latte was kind of watery.

A pretty cool looking place.. Plenty of parking around and nice patio seating.. Food looks amazing as well. I want to like this place.. BUTTTT.. Maybe it's the things we ordered or an off day, Almond croissant had a very inconsistent filling, bacon was burnt ?. I will come back to try again.

Venezuelan food, delicious cachitos! Love it . I sent all my clients to this coffee shop and all of them make at least a good comment about this place. Spacious and nice staff.
