What a great coffee place! Here, you will find more than just coffee. From artisan fruit teas to delicious crepes to Mexican hot chocolate (chocolate abuelita), you will find something that you will enjoy. Their service is very good, and the owner makes sure you have a great experience.

Great coffee shop in the neighborhood. Cafe de olla is very good. Can’t say much about the food but they have some pastries. Atmosphere is great can get a bit packed.

Came to La Malinche looking for a spot to work from for a bit but I needed something hot for the cold Chicago weather and I was not disappointed. I ordered their special of soup of the day (chicken tortilla) and a panini (cuban).The soup was perfect, everything tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked with love and tradition, warmer and warmer after every spoonful.The panini was perfect, the pork tasted fresh and the bread was very soft.I can't wait to come back!

Very friendly, neighborhoody coffee shop.Have only stopped in for drinks, but their food menu (mainly paninis and a few breakfast/egg dishes) looks good. Excited to come back and get something to eat.
