Legno - Chicago

Everything was fine with exception of the website states specials that are no longer being offered. It would be nice if they updated it.

Located in a “suburban part” of Chicago (large parking lot included), this is a nice, neighborhood, family place with a comfortable bar/dining area as well. Maybe not glamorous or with standout items, it’ll do the trick when you’re looking for a drink and a snack (probably the best value charcuterie/cheese plate anywhere) or a full on meal. Friendly, efficient service, Dec the drink list (beer, wine, cocktails). Good!

Food was seasoned with too much garlic. The online menu was not the same as the in-restaurant menu.

The place looks really nice and fancy but the food was desperate. I ordered some salad and I didn’t like it. The stuff is kind and they care about guests, but that doesn't change the fact the food is bad Update: After years I came back. Believe or not , I wanted to rate the restaurant with the same grade I gave them years ago. Nothing has changed. Service is top notch but the food is still below average. This time tried burrata prosciutto as an appetiser and then prosciutto pizza. disappointed with both. : even though I like how the place looks, I definitely don’t like their food.

Ambience was cool, good was just ok. A little overpriced for what you get.
