Little Caesars Pizza - Chicago

This small Caesar restaurant has the worst customer service imaginable. Every time I'm there, the employees are in the back having a great time while a line of customers waits in front. They really do not pay attention to anyone at all.

The manager was in the busiest time, left these children in the weeds, and I had to wait an hour for my order, which I put online before the time because they lost them? literally still wait. I wish I had literally chosen something else after a 10-hour shift. this is a multi-million dollar company, and they are so understated. gott. ok so that they lost my pizza then it fell so I literally asked everything and left with a $5 hot and ready of like 6 hours before it is so crusty.

This is consistently one of the worst little caesars standorte. as all other reviews say, they can not cut out from any reason through a pizza completely. when they ask for a well-made, they will cook it. I just got crazy brot without a cheese on it. she always messes up. they really need new property/management.

This was the worst experience I've had. The wait time is absurd, and the staff is incredibly disorganized. I stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes as the area filled up with customers. The girl at the register seemed unsure of how to operate it. I didn't even get a receipt. I definitely would not recommend this place.
