Mcdonald's - Chicago

It 's never a good sign when you place a drive thru order and are told park anywhere in the parking lot and wait for your order. I 'm avoiding this location from now on.

Waited 15 minutes on a mobile order. Kid behind counter was giving everyone attitude. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Manger was useless also. Avoid this location.

If you go anytime after midnight, don 't plan on actually getting food. Between the we 're only serving drinks, Or we 're not serving anything during this time, the odds are not in your favor. The company seriously needs to retrain the staff here because the incompetence shows.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST MCDONALDS IN CHICAGO. if you plan on online ordering they will always cancel your order or the food has been sitting for a while. Save yourself the trip and avoid this location. This place needs to close or get better management. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER! Do better!

Where to start... sloppy greasy burgers.... Bad service that messed up my order more than once.... Or this drive through that is not really drive through (they will ask you to park and wait every time... even when no cars behind you). That renovation didn't do much to improve the place.
