The food is good, but the service could be better since they typically only have one person on staff. That individual is always excellent, but it's a lot for one person to handle, which results in longer wait times. Aside from that, it's a nice place to visit.

Worse service ever!!! We ordered our food and drinks...Chaz messed up my drink never brought my drink and when I told him where's my drink he said very RUDE!! didn't you see how many customers I had today and I said to him and who the hell am I isthat why you never brought my drink he walked away after that... I couldn't believe he spoke to me like that veryunprofessional!!!! and also being the owner you don't treat your customers like that..He never apologized for not bringing mydrink and just put the check on the table...I will never come back!!! ????

All I can say is Jorge was GRAND. He truly made our sad day a better afternoon following the memorial service we attended. The food was good and fast. The drinks were tasty and refreshing!

Pepe's has been my go-to spot for veggie tacos for over ten years. They are the only place that consistently makes my stuffed veggie tacos perfectly.

I ordered from Uber and had no issues with the driver, who was very polite. However, my five hard shell tacos were drenched in grease—I could barely hold them and had to scoop them into my mouth with a spoon! I called Pepe's on Western Ave to complain, but I couldn't understand a word she was saying; it was like she had a mouth full of marbles. I wouldn’t recommend this place; it was a terrible experience!
