Perkolator - Chicago

When you start with consistently friendly service, have fresh and tasty food coffee, put some fun local art on the walls and then add a record store on the side...you are gonna get an excellent place to stop and get your morning coffee, socialize and have a snack!

Yesterday was my first visit to Perkolator. It won't be my last. I loved it. I was a bit overwhelmed my the menu, but the young man behind the counter put me right at ease. I had the London Fog Latte and an egg and cheese sandwich. Both were delightful! Maybe I'll even become a regular customer!!

Went to Perkolator for the first time today. Lovely coffee shop and a great community resource. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the neighborhood.

I don’t get to Perkolator as often as I’d like but I love this place! Owners are so friendly, the coffee is delicious (as are their food offerings) and it’s such a warm, cozy place. Love it!
