Spinzer Incorporated - Chicago

This restaurant was recommended for its gola ganda and falooda, and I must say, the gola ganda was fantastic—just like the dhoraji Karachi style! The falooda was also amazing. I visited specifically for these treats, and I was not disappointed at all.

Delicious food and excellent service! It was a wonderful trip down memory lane, revisiting childhood treats like pani puri and gola ganda that I had been craving. The only letdown was that the Pakistani flag was not displayed. I hope to see it back up soon!

It's a great spot to relax with friends. The service was excellent, and our server was not only friendly but also very amusing.

Edit: I wrote a scathing review critical of the food. I am happy to report that the owners were quick to reach out to me and make things right. Their responsiveness leads me to believe that they take the reviews seriously and work toward improvement so that everybody can have the great experience that the positive reviews here are mentioning. As I did in my initial review, I want to praise the two brothers who were working at the counter. They were very polite, kind and courteous, and quick to serve us. I found this attitude reflected in management's responsiveness, too. Next time I am in Chicago for my annual trip, I will give Spinzer another try.
