Surge Coffee Billiards - Chicago

Very good experience today! Went there (2 couples) and enjoyed our time. Didn't try coffee but the pool tables and the atmosphere are nice.

Rare gem in Chicago!It's hard to find a decent billiard establishment. Great tables, service, food and drinks. Must come if you like pool.

An excellent pool hall with a casual cool vibe in a convient location with a lot of street parking nearby (which I never have trouble getting in the several times I've been there). They have nine Brunswick tables (most of them 9 footers) with drop pockets (instead of ball return systems), which is nice for playing some smaller-table snooker or retrieving the cue ball on a pocket scratch/foul. The staff is very friendly, the cold brews are very smooth, and the prices are very reasonable.This is one of my favorite and go-to pool halls. If you're into cue sports/billiards at all, I highly recommend you check it out.

Honestly the vibes were off. I've tried coming in with friends multiple times but they're weird about their hours and checking in.

The place is terrible, we waited 1 hour to get a table.but we were told to wait a little bit longer,even if there are available pool tables.very bad customer service
