The food and especially the service is excellent. Am a regular customer and has been a pleasure working with their team members. Will does a great job in the management. Team members Janelle, Chrissy, Natalie, and Reese make you feel welcomed, do a great job in preparing the entrees, and keeping everything moving even when it is busy. They remember orders, assist in making adjustments, and are very diligent and friendly. The food is fresh, clean and healthy. Would definitely recommend Sweet Green's in Lincoln Park at North and Clybourn.

I come here all the time for lunch and have to mentally prepare before walking in to not get into it with the staff. They’re not inviting and I feel bad for any new people coming to this location. They are very judgmental, rude, not patient and overall are not professional. I luckily am “use” to it but new customers…

So William was very friendly. Helped me with a pickup order. However, they messed up the online order. I don't know who it was so I'm not blaming anyone directly. It was supposed to be a Kale Caesar Salad but lettuce was used instead of kale. If kale was out of stock then I feel like it should've have been communicated. Also online orders fill the bowl less. It looked like a bag of chips where half of it was air. William's service: stellar! Online ordering: wack
