Sweetgreen Dearborn - Chicago

Although the staff at this restaurant are mostly friendly and welcoming, there have been several issues at this location. Firstly, it is extremely busy during the lunch period and mobile orders are not fulfilled on time. I ordered at 11:45 am and when I stopped by at 1 pm for pick up, my food was not ready. There were at least 25 other people waiting for their mobile orders as well. Additionally, the location closes early without any notification or updates to their operating hours in the app. I ordered for pick up and selected the location, but when I arrived, it was closed. I had to contact Sweetgreen on social media to request a refund because the app was not allowing me to do so.

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but they have consistently messed up my order multiple times in the last month. This has happened at both this location and the Michigan Avenue location. They often forget to include half or more of the items I ordered. Despite receiving a credit and trying to order again, the mistakes continue. It is clear that this company is poorly managed and I have since cancelled my membership. I will not be returning to eat here again. I reached out to them via email on 6/11 but have not received a response after multiple follow-ups on 6/13, 6/15, 6/17, and 6/19.

This used to be my favorite restaurant location, and I even introduced some of my coworkers to it. However, the last three times I've been there, my salads have been disappointing. They were lacking in ingredients and barely had any salad at all. Even my go-to dish, the Kale Caesar, was not up to par. So, I decided to try something different today - the Barbecue Chicken Salad. But halfway through, I still couldn't find much chicken and there were no tortillas as listed in the description. I asked for medium dressing, but had to go back because there was hardly any dressing on the salad. I'm frustrated and while I would normally ask for a refund, I just don't feel like dealing with more disappointment. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

Salads here are consistently good, have no complaints about the food. This location gets extremely busy during the day, especially lunch hour. Even online orders may be late, but not really the employees, fault.Food: 5/5

Paid $17 for a customized salad that was missing in the order along with bread. Quite unacceptable service, especially when the main dinner item with vegetables is missing entirely.
