However, the drinks ended up being quite delicious! They could definitely benefit from investing a little more in updating the decor, as several ceiling tiles were missing.
I’ve been visiting this place for a few years now, and it has changed a lot. It used to be less popular, so my drinks would be prepared more quickly, and the small shop was not as crowded, with cheaper prices. On the bright side, I’m happy to see that the building has been renovated and has a nicer aesthetic, plus there are more drink options on the menu. I ordered a large red bean matcha with 30% sugar, but unfortunately, they were out of tapioca. I requested my drink without ice, but it came with ice anyway. To make matters worse, the cashier also mixed up the order of the person behind me. When I received my change, I noticed they gave me a Canadian penny, which they didn’t even realize. There weren’t too many people ahead of me in line, but I still found myself waiting for a while. Overall, I prefer the old bubble tea shop, but the drinks here are still good.
I loved vivi bubble tea!! super cute inside and great location. there are many options but i went with the classic matcha blended with tapioca. personally i think the tapioca was so good. the workers were super sweet as well!!
This is a charming little Asian bubble tea shop that I really enjoy. The drinks are delicious, though the wait can sometimes be a bit long due to the influx of university students. The staff do their best to keep up! If you’re in the area and looking to try something new, I definitely recommend checking it out.
I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I've been here a few times because one of my friends live near this area and this has definitely become part of my regular rotation. I recently ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (70% sugar). What I like about this place is that the milk tea actually tastes more like tea than it does milk! They've got the ratio down. Anyway, I definitely want to come back and try their other types of tea. They have a lot of options and I haven't heard of some before. I also have tried the taro creme brulee, several months ago, and it was really good! Usually, I avoid taro because many places use a powder and it doesn't taste like real taro, but this place seemed to use more natural ingredients, at least that's what it tasted like to me. And I personally like their boba it is soft and chewy but not too chewy at all.
