Very nice! Simple menu, but nice. Waitress was very friendly attentive. Gladly recommend!!

LOVE this place. We came from out of town and heard of this gem via Facebook and had to try the delicious food I've seen so many amazing pictures of! We sat on the patio, they had coloring activities for our daughter which is always a double plus in mamas book! Everything we tried from the tomato jalapeño soup to the Hudson burger was FLAWLESS. We will definitely be coming back and trying their brunch next time. Thank you for the awesome service and made fresh to order food

Came here to release stress for what it feels like a Friday at work. Got myself a Georgia peach and a seared Ahi burger with a side of regular fries and jalapeño ranch for dipping. After a great conversation with my good friend over this scrumptious food, will surely come back! Kudos to our server Nicole who was very nice!

We stopped by Hudson 's Gastropub today for lunch. The server was very friendly and provided us with good service. Our food came out much faster than expected. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was good but not great. The crispy fried onions that topped the sandwich were a bit cold and stale. The chicken patty itself was lackluster. All in all the sandwich I ordered was mediocre at best. The others in our party enjoyed their dishes. This however was my second so so experienced at Hudson 's. It 's enough from me to seek out a better sandwich elsewhere. Hudson 's also offers a great variety of beers on tap as well as a full bar. The issue as I see it is a lack of consistency and the food they serve.
