Írjon visszajelzéstWith the family in Iceland, I was very pleased to hear that one of the latest Chico restaurants was strongly inspired by national cuisine. From my experience, food was always good and portions extremely generous, while a price level that is unbeatable in a competitive college environment. Your Icelandic pancakes taste just like the right one, and their meat is always perfectly cooked.
Great food, both delicious and nutritious. Super friendly staff and especially the cook and manager known as 'J' or Joshua. He makes you feel like a family at home.
YES THEY HAVE A MONTY CRISTO! its amazing!! One of the BEST breakfast in town!!! The Santa fe benidict was to die for! I added Canadian bacon with country potatoes! please hit like if you think I was accurate thank you. Ask for PEPPER PLANT HOT SAUCE. One small re quest please try to get Secret Armadillo hot sauce. Fellas score some points with the mrs. And try this place out!
Service was quick, friendly and helpful. Granted it was a slow day. We ordered the blintzes and Santa Fe Benedict. The Benedict was good, the blintzes were okay. Definitely enjoyed the large portion of fruit with the blintzes as well as the batter/crepe bit. I felt like the cheesy blintze filling could use some work. Will be back to try some more items. Will not be ordering the blintzes again. I typically enjoy blintzes. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
I ordered the Basque omelette. It was very dry and tough, and the “chorizo” resembled the sausage meat that comes from pigs in a blanket. It was NOT chorizo at all. I also ordered the Blintzes with fresh berries. The crepe part was so decadent and melt-in-your mouth delicious as was the raspberry sauce they had with it, but the ricotta cheese that was folded into the blintze had a scrambled, chunky egg kind of texture, almost like they blended the ricotta cheese and instead of the normal texture that ricotta cheese has, I was eating a dry and blended mixture of rough and crumbly cheese. It gave the overall crepe an unpleasant and distasteful texture. Then we got in a second order and they sent in burnt pancakes and burnt potatoes. It’s a little worse because whoever sent this out knew they had burnt the pancake and put it under the first one, same with the burnt potatoes.
