This TrattoOsteria, as the sign says, is already worth visiting for the owner: a slaughtering istrionic, as there are few. The style of the room is still in the 1980s, with the walls covered with posters with scenes of films by Quentin Tarantino. And, I guarantee, the mix is paradoxically explosive. The dishes, then, are delicious: from the very rich and tasty appetizers, who expected us ready at the table when we arrived; to the first of the tradition, that we wanted to avoid for problems of space in the stomach but that the owner pleasantly forced us at least to taste. Special mention for large hand cut roasters, real specialty of the house: wonderful! We enjoyed both the small, the classics that are located throughout the area, and the famous large hand cutters: both excellent, but the hand cut ones are at a much higher level. Giant portions, honest price. Mostly thinking that is also included the spectacular verve of the landlord!

All frozen food was served all warm. The non-good quality included price of drinks, amari and coffee 25 euro per head. In occasione di una serata organizzata, in quello che è un locale con ottimo spazio con ottimi antipastini e arrosticini buoni (corposi e succosi anche se leggermente crudi e poco salati), il servizio purtroppo non è stato il massimo, considerando che c'era un lato della sala che veniva ignorato ripetutamente. Variazioni molteplici su quello che era il programma per cena. Ho messo la terza stella perché almeno un piccolo rimedio c'è stato. L'aria vintage del posto andrebbe rinnovata almeno per quanto riguarda il servizio...
