Rally's Hamburgers - Chillicothe

The fries were old, cold, and tough. The burgers were charred around the edges and slightly undercooked in the center. The hot dog buns were falling apart. Overall, it was not a good experience this time.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just okay—small, about the size of a White Castle burger, and had no toppings whatsoever! I ordered the wings in medium but they arrived completely overcooked and were as small as my thumb. $20 for just 10 wings is ridiculous. This experience has reminded me why I haven't eaten here in over 15 years. It was the only place open, but I won’t be coming back again.

Since the new management took over, this restaurant has really flourished. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the food is excellent. I also appreciate the late hours; I work the second shift and often struggle to find a drive-thru open after my shift, but they are always available. I can't say much about the current team, but my experience has been great.

The food was fresh and served hot. The service was excellent and incredibly fast. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars!

The chicken was incredibly dry and tough, the fries were overloaded with salt, and the garlic fries were drenched in sauce. Normally, I enjoy that, but the sauce was overwhelmingly strong and salty. Most of the meal was barely edible. The only consistently good items were my milkshake and sundae. Unfortunately, as I was eating, I encountered a piece of chicken that was so dry it was actually painful to chew.
