Costa Coffee - Chiltern

The restaurant appeared pleasant and the staff offered to bring my coffee to me. However, they later called me over to get it. The server was polite and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, both restrooms were in disarray and the doors were blocked off.

This restaurant made a good impression with their friendly service. The hot chocolate I ordered was well-prepared, and they even offered sprinkles without me having to request them.

I visited the restaurant today and asked for Olly, only to find out he had been fired. He was always so nice. The remaining staff members are rude, and during my last visit, I witnessed one of them shouting at him.

Just having a cup of coffee in Amersham Costa coffee what delightful staff, welcoming, friendly and chatty. A real pleasure to sit here and have a coffee. Thank you to them.

The woman in charge of this branch is rude to staff and unwelcoming to customers. The coffee is dependent on who is making it and they reuse dirty jugs to boil the milk. No receipts given and frequent overcharging. Stopped drinking coffee here due to concerns about hygiene and standards. Please send someone from head office to sort this out. The customers of Costa deserve better.
