Baked Dessert - Chino Hills

I must be an outlier, but this place really let us down. My girlfriend ordered a cake for a birthday from them online. When we went to pick it up, it was not ready. Since we needed a cake we purchased one they already had there and they charged us again. Worst of all was that the cake was old, because it was very dry. We called to get one payment refunded and they insist for us to wait longer for the payment to go through. Never buying a cake from here again.

Cupcakes were very tasty but they did not have all the flavors shown on the website.

It’s funny how much a bad employee can influence your experience. We use to love coming to this store because the cupcakes are delicious and the employees friendly.Our last experience was not like this. Our employee had on a dirty apron, did not say hello and we clearly inconvenienced him by walking in the store and asking what flavor a few unlabeled cupcakes were.We still bought a couple because the kids were excited for them but we will skip this shop next time.

Don’t get me wrong…the cupcakes are amazing..but you are lucky if you get good customer service. Went in today, and stood there for like 10 min. No service. No hello. It was like I did not exist. So I left because this generation of young kids should have customer service if they want customers. I’m not that old but they make me feel way more wiser than I am. They could of said “be right with you”…but no I didn’t even get a look. So younger generation…GET IT TOGETHER!

One of the reasons why I go to this location is for their Filipino dessert, Halo-halo. But there had been numerous times I've specifically went here for the Halo-Halo and they don't have them. I drove 15 miles to this location yesterday got there around 1pm and they said they can't make them. They have a variety of excuses from no ice, no ingredients, etc. I wonder what kind of business won't get ice or the necessary ingredients for the no.1 drink on the menu. It's not like they are hard to get. It seems the new management doesn't care. Why not just take that item off the menu? It's kinda ridiculous.
