I am one picky eater and if you are in Chino Valley and you do not try Lucy's huge mistake. Best steak around and they paid attention to my garlic allergy. I'd give this place 5 plus stars but the burgers (taste, texture, cooked temperature, condiments, time to table) are never the same. Sometimes my burger is cooked to perfection and I savor every bite. Other times, its overcooked and missing condiments I asked for or, yikes, it has a sauce or cheese I didn't want. Same with the fries- sometimes hot, cooked and salted perfectly and other times they are lukewarm and soggy. It seems to depend upon who is in the kitchen. We would eat here more regularly if the food quality was a bit more consistent. That said, the servers are always excellent and the vibe is super chill.
