The Old Fishtrap Seafood And Spirits

Although they may be struggling, this restaurant is still open. The beer on tap is fresh and they have a rotating menu with one item at a time. The staff and customers are very friendly. We enjoyed a delicious local greens salad with homemade vinaigrette, and amazing pickled salmon that was packed with flavor and not soggy at all. Make sure to stop by and support them so they can remain open!

The staff did not seem interested in serving us, so we decided to leave. A restaurant should either be open and ready to serve customers or closed.

I give this restaurant 4 stars for the food and the 5th star is for the exceptional service! Even though they had everything set up for an event, they still made us fresh Rockfish fish and chips by starting up the fryer. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity.

A fantastic place to stop on the way to Cape Disappointment. I've never had a heartier clam chowder or friendlier conversation. The menu changes, but the food is always delicious. I highly recommend it.

We originally planned on ordering fish and chips, but decided to go for the fresh off the smoker prime rib instead. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you!
