Every time I come to Sottomarina Chioggia in the Veneto I come to this bar/wine bar/ caffe' . As soon as I arrive I go there for an espresso which was the case this afternoon upon my arrival from Marco Polo Airport. This evening I had a crodino while enjoying the atmosphere. At apéritive time , an array of titbits such as various olives, crisps and nuts are there for the taking at the bar counter. There are usually some savoury canapés too. Tomorrow it's espresso time again with one of their delicious croissants. The employees and owners are very pleasant and efficient.
