Cancun Mexican Grill - Chippewa Falls

So we went to celebrate my fiance's winning of two dart tournaments and we decided we'd go to Cancun. I used to love Cancun out of them all. But tonight really opened my eyes to better. So I ordered a pork burrito while he ordered chicken enchiladas. Hisvery first bite there was cartilage AND bone. Not cool They took the plate and brought out a new one for him. Mine came with twoburritos and the last bite of mine, big chunk of cartilage. I physically couldn't eat anymore due to becoming grossed out andnauseous over this. Within two more bite out of his food, he found another bone. We refused to eat anymore. Idk if we gotanything taken off the bill or not but we told them what happened, they knew we were upset and we paid and left. Now we are atCasa Mexicana and this will be our forever Mexican restaurant to go to.

Had bones in my order twice even after reorder and my fiance found a big chunk of cartilage in her 2 burritos. Used to be great food but might be awhile before returning

I had the worst taco I've ever eaten. I ordered it to go and drove across town to have it at a park. When I opened it up, all I found was lettuce and ground beef. There was no cheese, taco sauce, black olives, or anything else. Just plain, unseasoned ground beef and shredded lettuce.

During my latest visit, I opted for the enchiladas mexicanas to enjoy a mix of meats and cheese. They were delightful and perfectly set the stage for the flan, which truly stole the spotlight. The presentation featured whipped cream and a cherry on top, but the flan itself was outstanding. I was genuinely surprised by how good it was, and I would definitely order it again. Overall, Cancuns remains true to its roots, providing something unique for the community. I'm really glad they're part of the area!

We've visited this restaurant multiple times, but we've noticed a decline in quality recently. During our last visit on July 12, 2022, the service was disappointing. Our server often ignored our requests, choosing instead to chat with other staff members. My wife had to go and ask for a drink refill and later for her sour cream. We’ve decided to take a break from this place for a while. Additionally, the food was served cold, and I was concerned that one of the entree items wasn’t cooked properly, so I couldn’t eat it.
