This is a charming little restaurant with friendly staff who are quick and efficient. The prices are reasonable and lower than I expected for the quality of food. I tried the slow-braised brisket, and I can honestly say I've never had meat as delicious and tender as this. It could be cut with a butter knife with no effort at all. The gravy was plentiful and tasty, while the vegetables were a bit firm for my partner’s liking, but he tends to prefer his veggies very tender, so that’s more of a personal preference. The red cabbage was exceptional, with a unique flavor that we both loved. I would definitely return anytime!
The dining experience was fantastic, with generously sized portions that offer great value for money. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the establishment is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!
The restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance with a spacious, well-designed covered courtyard that adheres to COVID guidelines. The cozy and intimate dining area adds to the charm. The staff is friendly and laid-back, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is extensive, featuring simple yet delicious dishes that are well-prepared. The prices are reasonable, including beverages; for example, a 250ml glass of wine is priced at £6.50, which is a fair value.
Good food, great personal friendly atmosphere
